Welcome to our Workshops!
Our workshops consist of small groups of 8 to 10 students. This allows us to focus our attention on helping you learn more.
These workshops are classified as and geared to:
Stress relief and relaxation: Jewellery Basic (Level 1), Jewellery Advanced (Level 2)
Personal development: Latin Dance for beginners, Drawing and Painting, Discover the power of Positive Thinking. For How to develop your intuition, Feng Shui Made Easy, check below and for Chakradance and other Mini-workshops, please check our calendar of events.

Learn to make creative and artistic jewellery, including necklaces, earrings and bracelets. Discover simple and easy techniques to develop your own creativity and make one-of-a-kind pieces. Students find that these new skills have help them to reduce stress and add relaxation and fun to their lives.
Important note.- Registration deadline: One week prior to classes.

Latin Dance: Beginners |

Learn to dance to tropical / Caribbean music. Salsa, (3 styles, Cuban, LA & free style Salsa), merengue, bachata, curnbia and rumba. Very easy steps for beginners.
Dancing is a fun hobby and is considered one of the best exercises. It can transform your worries and lethargy into "fun and vitality". This caribbean/tropical music is very cheerful, upbeat and melts your stress away. The music creates an urge to dance and will lifts your spirit to a higher vibration.
So spice up your life and leave classes with a smile feeling totally energized! |

Drawing and Painting: Beginners |

This is a fun course and is also geared to help the participants to reduce stress. Drawing and painting is very relaxing and calming.
Studies have shown that even with no innate talent for drawing or painting, the simple fact of picking up a brush and painting on a canvas can alter one's state of mind. Putting all you attention on brush strokes and color used, introduces your body to a calmer, more focused state of awareness.
Painting is also an outlet for self-expression. Without knowing what to paint, your instincts can guide you and, the end result is a piece of art reflecting your inner state of being.
If you have not yet chosen a creative pastime, you may want to pick up a brush and try your hand at being the next Picasso or Monet.
