I have chosen most of these low-fat, low-sodium, protein-rich recipes because they are loaded with vitamin B6, which is a mood enhancer. You will find many recipes with potatoes which have potassium, which acts as an energizer, also potatoes supply with B6, who is not happy after eating french fries. Many recipes containing chicken which is very healthy, loaded with proteins, iron and zinc (very important for a good brain functioning /memory, and to get a good immune response). Many recipes containing tuna, fish and seafood, containing disease-fighting omega-3 fatty acids, to lower cholesterol and enhance your mood (depression-fighter), plus they contain selenium, which is very important for a healthy immune system.
